Dydd Llun, cafodd disgyblion blwyddyn 3 a 4 weithdy ‘Profiadau Cyntaf mewn Cerdd’ gan Cerdd Cydweithredol Sir Ddinbych. Roedd pawb wedi mwynhau y profiad yn fawr iawn o chwarae’r offerynnau amrywiol i ganeuon fel ‘Baby Shark’ a ‘Twinkle Twinkle Little Star’.
Diolch yn fawr iawn i Jodie Morris, o ‘Gweithdy Maint Cymru’ am ddod i’r ysgol i wneud gweithdy am sut i edrych ar ol ein planted a thrafod dyfodol ein coedwigoedd gyda disgyblion blwyddyn 5 a 6.
Llongyfarchiadau mawr i ddisgyblion blwyddyn 3 a 4 am ennill gwobr am ymdrechu i siarad Cymraeg bob amser tu allan ar y buarth a’r cae. Roedd pawb wedi derbyn tystysgrif am eu hymdrech ac roeddynt wedi mwynhau’r disgo yn fawr iawn.
Diolch yn fawr iawn hefyd i disgblion blwyddyn 3 a 4 am gynnal y gwasanaeth prynhawn heddiw yn yr Eglwys. Cawsom gyflwyniad bendigedig am chwedl ‘Cantre’r Gwaelod’.
Diolch yn fawr iawn i Miss Tesni Hughes am ei holl waith dros y tymhorau diwethaf yn yr ysgol. Mae Miss Tesni wedi bod yn gweithio ar draws yr ysgol yn cynorthwyo disgyblion gyda’u gwaith. Pob lwc i chi ar gyfer y dyfodol.
Yn y gwasanaeth heddiw, rhoddwyd tystysgrifau Celf a Chrefft i’r disgyblion fu’n fuddugol yn yr Eisteddfod rhanbarth. Llongyfarchiadau mawr iddynt oll a diolch iddynt am eu holl waith.
Monday morning, the pupils in years 3 and 4 enjoyed a workshop called ‘First
Experiences in Music’ from the ‘Denbighshire Co-opereative Music’. All of the
pupils enjoyed the experience very much playing the different instruments to
songs like ‘Baby Shark’ and ‘Twinkle twinkle Little Star’
Thank you to Jodie Morris from ‘Size of Wales’ for attending the school and
doing a workshop with pupils in years 5 and 6. They discussed how to look after
our planet and looking at the future of our forests.
Congratulations to the pupils in years 3 and 4 for winning a special prize
for their effort in speaking Welsh at all times outside on the yard and field. All
of the pupils received a certificate and enjoyed the disco very much.
Thank you also to the pupils in years 3 and 4 for their assembly this
afternoon in the church. We had a very interesting presentation about the tale ‘Cantre’r Gwaelod’. (Sunken Kingdom)
Thank you to Miss Tesni Hughes for all of her work throughout the past couple
of terms at the school. Miss Tesni has been working across the school supporting
pupils with their work. Good luck for the future.
In the assembly today, we gave the pupils who had been successful in the
Urdd Eisteddfod their art and craft certificates. Congratulations to them all
and well done for taking part.
